General Manager

Jeff Lawson has been the General Manager since 1998. He is responsible for all facets of Club operations including staffing, budgeting and working with Committees and Board of Directors on strategic planning and financial performance. Members should contact Jeff regarding questions about Club governance and with any feedback/concerns they may have.

Jennifer Brown

Title

Office Manager

Jennifer serves as the Erie Club’s Office Manager, overseeing payroll, finances, member statements, and day-to-day administrative operations. With a strong background in accounting and an entrepreneurial mindset, she brings over 20 years of business experience, having owned and operated businesses both independently and alongside her husband. Jennifer is a key resource for our members and is happy to assist with questions regarding statements or access to the Member Central portion of our website. Her attention to detail and commitment to service help keep the Club running smoothly behind the scenes.

Jared McClure

Title

Executive Chef

Chef Jared oversees the entire culinary program at the Erie Club, leading menu development, recipe creation, and innovative food-forward events that balance timeless Club traditions with current dining trends. He is also responsible for fostering and developing the talented culinary team that brings our dining experiences to life each day. Please contact Chef Jared for any feedback on food or food-related events outside of our Dining Survey, food or allergy-related questions, ideas or suggestions for upcoming menus and Club events, or culinary employment opportunities.

Victoria Hull

Title

Banquet/Catering Manager

Victoria (Tori) brings three years of experience in the social and corporate event industry and has been a valued part of the Erie Club team since July 2025. She manages all onsite and offsite banquets and catering and assists with Club-sponsored member events, ensuring every occasion is seamless and memorable. Members may contact Tori to book social or business events at the Club, arrange offsite catering, or make dining reservations for parties of thirteen or more.

Kailey Pisani

Title

Marketing & Membership Director

Kailey joined the Erie Club in April 2025 as the Marketing Coordinator and was promoted to Marketing & Membership Director six months later. With experience spanning hospitality, marketing, and nonprofit work, she is right at home leading our marketing and membership initiatives. Kailey oversees the Club’s website, social media channels, and all print and digital materials, and she plays a key role in prospecting and welcoming new members, guiding them through onboarding, and fostering engagement within our current membership. Members may contact Kailey for assistance with reciprocal club access, as well as questions related to marketing, membership, or new member onboarding.

Jamie Fair

Title

Service Manager

With more than 40 years of industry experience, Jamie brings a deep well of knowledge and leadership to her role as Service Manager. An active member of the Club Managers Association of America, she holds certifications in ServSafe Management, RAMP Management, and CPR. Jamie oversees all dining and beverage service during dinner hours, as well as banquets, events, and large parties. She leads event and banquet setup, service, and breakdown, and is dedicated to continually elevating the overall dining experience. Jamie is also responsible for hiring, scheduling, and training all service personnel, and she handles the resolution of any service-related concerns. Members may contact Jamie for anything related to service: reservations, feedback, special requests, service accolades, or even requesting a specific server.

Jack Osinski

Title

Sommelier

Jack serves as our Sommelier, bringing eight years of fine dining experience to our management team. Having been part of the Club for four years—two of those in his current role—he is dedicated to elevating our members’ wine experiences through thoughtful service and expertise. Jack’s responsibilities include overseeing weekend wine service, curating the Club’s wine list, selecting our wines by the glass, crafting monthly featured wine offerings, and designing the themes and selections for our popular Wine Tastings. Members are welcome to contact Jack directly for personalized bottle recommendations, pairing suggestions, or assistance with selecting wines for special events and dinner reservations.

Michaela Bartoe

Beverage Manager

Michaela has been at the Erie Club for one year and brings a decade of bartending and hospitality experience to her role. She leads our bar team with creativity and professionalism, overseeing a newly built staff, managing the Club’s beverage inventory, and developing our cocktail menus and bar promotions. Michaela is the point person for anything related to the bar, whether you’re looking to explore new cocktails, plan a custom drink menu for a special event, or arrange bartending services off-premise or outside regular hours. Members may contact Michaela with ideas for new bar offerings, requests for specialty drink menus, or any bartending needs for private events.

Dwayne Harvey

Sous Chef

Dwyane has been a valued member of the Erie Club culinary team for over five years, working closely with Chef Jared to keep the kitchen running seamlessly. Known for his creative approach to fusion cuisine, he brings influences from Spanish and Asian cooking while continually developing fresh menu ideas, especially for our lunch menu. Born in Detroit and raised in Erie, Dwyane is a Mercyhurst graduate and Edinboro University collegiate student with more than 27 years of culinary experience. His career includes roles as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Teaching Chef, and Private Catering Chef. He’s also an award-winning chef, earning multiple honors including the “Behind the Kitchen Door” award multiple times and top placements in the Super Bowl, Mac & Cheese, and Best Wings competitions at Rainbow Gardens.

Joshua MacKeigan

Sous Chef

With over 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Joshua brings a wealth of expertise to the Erie Club. Having honed his skills in numerous corporate restaurants throughout Cleveland, he joined the Erie Club three years ago and has been crafting our dessert menu for the past two years, delighting members with his inventive and delicious creations. A proud father of three and a twin, Chef Joshua shares his passion for food with his family, including his child, Max Mackeigan, who also works in our kitchen. Outside the kitchen, Joshua’s creativity extends beyond cooking: he’s a licensed massage therapist, and a professional entertainer who specializes in balloons, magic, and juggling.
