Celebrate every Occasion at the Erie Club

From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, the Erie Club is here to host your events with style and care. Whether it’s a staff retreat, client meeting, wedding, baby shower, graduation, or any milestone in between, we provide professional support for events of all sizes.

Our versatile spaces accommodate private dining, full-scale receptions, or meetings equipped with AV and projection needs. We also offer off-site catering for events beyond the Club walls. Since the Erie Club is a private club, any event hosted by a non-member must be sponsored by a current member.

Reed Room
Located on the first floor, this room is best suited for small meetings or private dining events. This room can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

French Room
Located on the first floor, this room is larger than the Reed Room and is great for entertaining family and friends or hosting a business meeting. This room can comfortably accommodate 14 people.

Wine Room
Located on the lower level, this intimate room is best suited for private dining events. This room can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Room #1
Located on the second floor, this quaint room is perfect for smaller business meetings and small-scale dining events. This room can comfortably accommodate 6.

Room #3
Located on the second floor, this inviting room is ideal for medium-sized business meetings and private dining. A portable TV is available to support Zoom meetings, virtual conferencing, and presentations. This room can comfortably accommodate 12.

Room #4
Located on the second floor, this room is perfect for large business meetings, seminars, and dining events with access to a projector, projector screen, and sound system. 

Depending on configuration, this room can comfortably accommodate the following:
1. Round tables: up to 60 people
2. U-shaped table: up to 25 people 
3. Classroom- Style: up to 49 people 
4. State/ Boardroom: 20-25 people

Rotunda
Located on the main floor, this is the "heart of our Clubhouse" and is perfect for receptions and cocktail hours.

Main Dining Room
Located on the first floor, this formal dining room is available for lunch or dinner reservations; it can also be reserved for large-scale private parties.
